Barbie has been in my Life since 1969. Born and raised in Ludwigshafen, Germany, I grew up on a Military Base where my Father Paul Shanley (a Native New Yorker of Irish Heritage), was a Major in the U.S. Army. My Mother Marianne Weber-Shanley was also German-born(in a small town named Mundenheim). My Husband Marty and I live in Ocean Township, right on the beautiful Jersey Shore. Marty is from Ocean and has lived here all of his Life. We share our Home with our Cat Patches, our Turtle Chevy, our Cockatiel DeeDee, our Parakeet Pauli and our Snake Sam.
